This plot is situated on the promontory of San Antonio. Therefore it is close to the port, the beach and the historic centre of Jávea! The plot is 1500 m2 and it is allowed to build up to 2 floors. If a house is built there is from the first floor beautiful view over the bay of Javea. At the back the plot is adjacent to a nature reserve so you can enjoy peace and privacy.
