    Property management services.

    We provide Property Maintenance and Property Management services along the Costa del Sol and Costa Blanca to ensure your property remains in tip-top condition while you are away. We can offer you a variety of service when it comes to property management and property maintenance in Spain.

    Key holding service

    The keys to your property will be hold in a secure safe located within the office of our property management team. Included in the normal key holding and property management fee.

    • Check the property every seven days and also after bad weather
    • Inspect all windows, doors and alarms (if present)
    • Flush all toilets, run all taps and showers
    • Check for and signs of damp and mould
    • Air the property
    • Water the plants
    • Check all lights and power points are in full working order
    • Check and remove any mail (forwarding or emailing if mail is available)
    • Keys handover and reception to tenants or guests when necessary
    • Advise regarding any repairs that may be necessary
    • Regular checks for pests and vermin with recommendation for remedial action
    • Detailed reporting after every visit of the property
    • 24/7 emergency telephone.

    The key handover and short term rentals meet and great services includes:

    • Handover keys , check in clients , meet and greet tenants.

    Property cleaaning service

    Many of our customers find that they are unable to fit ‘cleaning’ into their busy work and social commitments, and use our house cleaning services to ensure that their home is always clean and tidy. We can arrange our cleaners to visit your home and make it shine. Included in the normal property cleaning fee.

    • Vacuuming / sweeping of all floors in the property
    • Floor washing throughout the home
    • Cleaning / polishing of all windows and edges
    • Cleaning of kitchen including emptying refrigerator / freezer, dishwasher, wiping off all surfaces / removal of grease etc., cleaning of oven and microwave
    • Bed linen washing.
    • Preparation of beds with clean bed linen.
    • Cleaning of bathrooms, including washing of all sanitation (both toilet bowls, washbasins, urinals, etc.), cleaning of mirrors, floor washing (incl. prior sweeping), emptying of waste bins, supplementation of hand soap and toilet paper etc.
    • Cleaning of all terraces as well as placement of cushions before arrivals and removal of cushions and closure of awnings and blinds after departures.
