The is the last apartment, which has 2 parking spaces. The house was built in 2000 and it is renovated. The living room, american kitchen and guest toilet are on the lower floor. The living room faces south and overlooks a 36 sqm private terrace and the pool is only 10 meters away from there.
We are the only ones using the pool from the 6 residents!
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a 10 sqm terrace.
